NEWS: G6 Hospitality Unveils New Leadership Team to Drive U.S. Expansion

G6 Hospitality has announced the promotion of Nikhil Heda to Country Head, G6 Hospitality, and Anuj Ladha to National Head of Brandforce, reinforcing the company’s commitment to franchise growth, operational excellence, and owner engagement across its portfolio.

The leadership appointments follow the tenure of Sonal Sinha, who helped guide the company through a critical period of integration and stabilization and will continue to support the business during a transition period before remaining involved in an advisory capacity.

“Nikhil knows our U.S. business; he’s spent years building it, market by market,” said Ankit Tandon, Vice Chairman, G6 Hospitality. “Anuj has run our brand performance across the country and knows what it takes to support owners on the ground. Together, they step in with a clear mandate to deepen our partnership with franchisees and grow the brands across the country. Sonal leaves the business stronger and well-positioned for its next phase, and we thank him for that. We wish him continued success in his next chapter.”

As Country Head, Heda will oversee G6 Hospitality’s broader growth agenda, including franchise expansion, strategic partnerships, and business development initiatives nationwide. He previously led the company’s U.S. development efforts and has been instrumental in expanding the brand’s presence across key markets.

Heda brings more than two decades of experience across the hospitality, real estate, and consumer sectors, with leadership roles spanning both the United States and South Asia. During his more than 10 years with the Prism Group, he has held several senior positions, most recently serving as Head of Development, U.S., based in Seattle. Earlier roles included Vice President, Operations and Region Head, West U.S., as well as leading B2B sales for South Asia.

Prior to joining Prism, Heda served as Zonal Head, India, for Housing.com and as Category Head, India, for Videocon Consumer Durables. He began his career with Shell in Singapore.

In his expanded role as National Head of Brandforce, Ladha will continue to focus on strengthening franchisee engagement, enhancing brand performance, and driving operational excellence across G6 Hospitality’s national footprint.

Ladha has been part of the Prism Group for more than five years and has played an increasingly significant role in advancing operational performance across the company’s brands. Before joining Prism, he led revenue management initiatives for OYO International across the United States, United Kingdom, and Latin America, and previously served as Vice President/Senior Director of Revenue Management for OYO USA.

Earlier in his career, Ladha spent more than eight years with Essex Lake Group, a management consulting firm with offices in New York and India. He began his professional career with Essar Group, where he worked on debt financing initiatives for Essar Oil as part of the company’s central finance team.

The appointments underscore G6 Hospitality’s focus on strengthening its leadership team as it enters its next phase of growth, with a continued emphasis on franchise success, operational performance, and brand expansion across the United States.
