Hotel Equities (HE), a leading hotel management and development company, has been selected to manage 13 hotels owned by TAJ Hospitality across Lubbock, Texas. This expansion increases HE’s Texas portfolio to 29 hotels, including properties such as the Aloft Lubbock, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lubbock South, TownePlace Suites Lubbock West, and the upcoming Fairfield Inn Lubbock Downtown, scheduled to open in February.
Lubbock, a key West Texas destination, draws millions of visitors annually, driven by its university, music scene, and cultural attractions, making it a strategic growth market for hospitality.
