RobertDouglas Hospitality Firm is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Hyatt Place Page in Page, Arizona, for $24.25 million, or approximately $238,000 per key. RobertDouglas served as the exclusive advisor on the transaction, which was completed through a preemptive offer submitted by a Salt Lake City–based owner/operator with a portfolio of regional hotels comparable to the Hyatt Place Page.

“The property stands out as one of the highest-quality Hyatt Place assets built to date, constructed to a resort standard that significantly exceeds brand requirements,” said Rob Stiles, Managing Director/Principal at RobertDouglas.
The 102-key hotel, managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, offers a range of premium amenities, including an adventure concierge, an outdoor patio with a fireplace overlooking the Grand Canyon, a full-service restaurant, Prickly Pear Kitchen, and curated art installations that distinguish it from other hotels in the market.
Strategically located in the Page/Lake Powell area at the gateway to Canyon Country, the Hyatt Place Page benefits from the region’s strong tourism draw. The Glen Canyon National Recreation Area attracts more than 5 million visitors annually to destinations such as Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Grand Staircase–Escalante National Monument.
