TAGUIG CITY, Philippines — As the hospitality industry becomes increasingly global, culinary education must evolve beyond the classroom. Recognizing this shift, Enderun Colleges has entered into a strategic partnership with the Chungnam Provincial Branch of the Korea Federation of Korean Restaurants, also known as the Korea Food Service Industry Association (KFSIA), to create new international pathways for culinary education and collaboration.

The agreement was signed by Yoon Seok-Yong, President of the Chungnam Provincial Branch of the Korea Federation of Korean Restaurants, and Daniel Perez, Chief Operating Officer of Enderun Colleges, during a ceremony held at the Enderun campus.

Under the partnership, both institutions will explore collaborative initiatives in culinary education, research, product development, student internships, educational visits, faculty engagement, entrepreneurship, and industry exchange among others.

The agreement also opens opportunities to develop employment pathways for qualified Enderun graduates in South Korea's thriving food service sector, further strengthening the College's commitment to providing globally relevant education.

These opportunities build upon Enderun's long-standing approach to experiential learning through its Hospitality and Culinary Arts programs, where students develop industry-ready skills through hands-on training, international exposure, and close collaboration with hospitality leaders. Enderun's educational model combines academic excellence with practical experience, ensuring graduates are equipped to succeed in highly competitive global environments.

The partnership also complements the College's robust network of Global Internship Opportunities, giving students valuable exposure to international hospitality standards while cultivating the cultural awareness, adaptability, and leadership skills increasingly sought by employers worldwide. Likewise, it strengthens Enderun's growing portfolio of Global Partners, reflecting the institution's continuing investment in international collaborations that enrich student learning and professional development.

For Enderun, the agreement represents another milestone in its expanding international network, one that continues to create opportunities for students, educators, and industry partners alike.

Enderun Colleges and the Korea Food Service Industry Association hope to contribute to the continued growth of both the Philippine and South Korean food service sectors.
