There’s a new hangout spot in town that’s spacious and offers delicious food and beer. It's a new location shared by Apt.1B, which offers delicious bar bites and crowd favorites with a tasteful twist, and Elias, which offers an array of locally made beers to choose from. Here’s a quick rundown of this new collaboration, which is hidden not too far from BGC High Street in Manila.
Located on the 6th floor of the Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, just across the street from the Shangri-La The Fort, Apt. 1B & Elias is easy enough to get to. If you want to extend your dinner plans or are looking to sit somewhere indoors to escape the heat, it's the perfect spot.
For their weekend grand opening, Discovering Hospitality was invited to check out the new space and, of course, the food and drinks. We listened to some good music and explored the Beer & Food Pairing Menu, and here’s what you can expect.
Set One consisted of Spinach and Cream Cheese Samosas, Chili Cheese Sticks with Tartar Sauce, Angus Beef Meatballs with Blue Cheese, and Longganisa Sliders. The accompanying beers for tasting were the Very Berry Seltzer, Lost in Japan White Ale, Midnight Serenade Dark Lager, and the Hop Boi IPA.
