FOOD REVIEW: A Culinary Journey Through Pavilion at Dusit Thani Bangkok

We arrived in Bangkok at the end of a 10-day trip around three Asian countries that left us pretty exhausted. We checked into the Dusit Hotel and went in search of some good food in this iconic Thai hotel.

Stepping into Pavilion at Dusit Thani Bangkok is like entering a gallery of taste, one where tradition meets innovation and every dish tells a story. Under the deft guidance of Chef Rosarin Sriprathum, the kitchen balances regional Thai authenticity with modern flair, creating a menu that is as visually stunning as it is flavor-packed.

For those looking for the essence of Thailand with a contemporary twist, Pavilion delivers with panache. I chose the Southern Thai Yellow Curry with Coral Red Grouper, which is a revelation: aromatic spices envelop a tender, flaky grouper, with each bite striking the perfect balance between heat and fragrance.
