Gordon Ramsay Academy Launches First Accredited Professional Culinary Training Programme

The Gordon Ramsay Academy is proud to announce the launch of its first accredited culinary training programme at its flagship site in Woking, Surrey. This milestone marks the Academy’s debut in offering professional chef training, expanding its mission to inspire and educate the next generation of culinary talent.

The inaugural Beginners’ Culinary Course, a four-week programme starting this October, is designed for aspiring chefs ready to take their first step into a professional kitchen. Limited to just eight students, the course ensures a highly personalized and hands-on learning experience.

Led by Andrew Roberts, Head Chef at the Gordon Ramsay Academy, participants will receive over 80 hours of intensive training, including a one-day work placement at one of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global’s UK establishments.

Graduates of the programme will leave with fully accredited qualifications from the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH), equipping them with the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills to begin a culinary career or elevate their cooking for personal development.
