Hospitality America has announced a realignment of its executive leadership team, creating two new positions and redefining the responsibilities of two existing executives as the hospitality company continues to expand its portfolio and navigate an increasingly complex operating environment.

The changes establish dedicated leadership across four key areas: revenue strategy, marketing, technology and enterprise enablement, with the goal of strengthening support for the company’s hotels, owners, guests and team members.

Patrick Yoe has joined Hospitality America as vice president of revenue strategy, where he will oversee revenue generation, distribution, pricing strategy and demand forecasting across the company’s portfolio.

Will Crosby has been appointed corporate director of enterprise enablement, a newly created position focused on internal systems, business processes, automation and governance related to artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.

The company has also expanded the responsibilities of two members of its leadership team.

Wes Cargen, formerly vice president of business intelligence, has been named vice president of technology. In his new role, he will oversee external technology platforms, systems architecture and technology optimization across the portfolio.

Daniel Lock, previously vice president of commercial strategy, has been named vice president of marketing. His responsibilities will include brand development, digital marketing, customer acquisition and oversight of the company’s lifestyle and boutique hotel segment.

Leigh Holloway, chief strategy officer at Hospitality America, said the leadership realignment reflects the growing need for specialized expertise as the company and its operating environment evolve.

“As our portfolio grows and the environments in which we operate become more complex, specialization becomes increasingly important,” Holloway said. “This realignment ensures we have dedicated leaders focused on the disciplines that create the greatest value for our owners, guests, and team members.”

Under the new structure, Hospitality America will separate marketing and revenue strategy into

dedicated functions while establishing distinct leadership for technology and enterprise enablement.

The enterprise enablement function will play a central role in strengthening internal processes, automation and governance as the company adopts AI and other emerging technologies. The technology function, meanwhile, will concentrate on the systems and platforms supporting hotel operations across the portfolio.

Ben Campbell, president and CEO of Hospitality America, said the changes are designed to provide the organization with a leadership structure capable of supporting its next phase of growth.

“These leadership changes position Hospitality America to better support its hotels, strengthen market performance, and create lasting value for the people it serves,” Campbell said. “By establishing dedicated centers of excellence around revenue strategy, marketing, technology and enterprise enablement, the company is building a leadership structure designed to support continued growth.”

The realignment brings together specialized leadership across commercial performance, brand and customer engagement, technology infrastructure, and enterprise transformation, areas Hospitality America says will be increasingly important as its portfolio grows and the hospitality industry continues to evolve.
