London hospitality powerhouse JKS Restaurants is making its long-anticipated U.S. debut with two high-profile launches this year.
First up, Ambassadors Clubhouse will open this autumn in Manhattan’s buzzing NoMad district, serving a menu of bold Punjabi flavours inside the landmark 1245 Broadway building. Hot on its heels, the group’s two-Michelin-starred icon Gymkhana will arrive this winter at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, bringing refined Indian classics such as its famed muntjac biryani to the Strip.
Both restaurants will mirror their celebrated London originals, while the Las Vegas opening will also see the U.S. launch of Gymkhana Fine Foods—a premium line of at-home Indian cooking sauces and marinades crafted by Gymkhana’s own chefs.
“We’ve been planning this move for a decade,” say founders Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi. “Now feels like the perfect moment to bring two deeply personal projects to American diners and showcase the diversity of Indian cuisine.”
The U.S. rollout follows JKS’s rapid Middle East expansion with Berenjak in Dubai and Sharjah, and Gymkhana in Riyadh.
