MUSIC: BTS Returns to Singapore for a Record-Breaking Four-Night Residency This December

Globally acclaimed K-pop sensation BTS is set to return to Singapore this December 2026 for an unprecedented four-night engagement, part of their highly anticipated world tour. The performances, scheduled between 17 and 22 December, will mark the group’s longest stop in Asia outside of South Korea and Japan, underscoring Singapore’s status as a premier destination for world-class entertainment. Details on ticketing and venue will be announced in due course.

The world tour kicks off on 9 April 2026 with three nights at Goyang Stadium in South Korea, followed by major Asian stops including Kaohsiung (19–22 November), Bangkok (3–6 December), Kuala Lumpur (12–13 December), and Manila (14 March 2027).

This tour will be particularly special for ARMYs, the group’s global fan base, as it marks the first reunion of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook since 2019.

Singapore has cemented its reputation as a hub for international superstars, hosting artists such as Taylor Swift, Coldplay, and Lady Gaga. The BTS residency aligns with Singapore Tourism Board’s (STB) strategy to offer a year-round calendar of entertainment and cultural experiences, attracting visitors and enriching the local leisure and hospitality landscape.

Guo Teyi, Director of Leisure Events at STB, said:"Our partnership with Klook and HYBE highlights the growing confidence international artists and producers have in Singapore’s ability to deliver unforgettable, world-class live entertainment. This collaboration also builds on our long-standing relationship with leading K-pop acts, including BTS members’ solo projects and groups like SEVENTEEN and ENHYPEN."

BTS has a storied history in Singapore, performing multiple times since their debut. Highlights include the 2014 ‘BTS LIVE TRILOGY EPISODE 2: THE RED BULLET’ tour at The Star Theatre and the 2017 ‘KBS Music Bank World Tour’ at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. Members have also staged solo performances in Singapore, with SUGA in 2023 and j-hope in 2025 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

This upcoming residency not only reinforces Singapore’s position on the global entertainment map but also offers visitors and local fans an extraordinary opportunity to experience one of the most influential music phenomena of the 21st century live in the heart of Asia.
