The new venue, Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers, will be a refined all-day dining destination overlooking the River Thames. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, showcasing the group’s signature culinary precision tailored to a contemporary South Bank setting.

The announcement marks another major collaboration between Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global and a leading hotel partner, following recent expansion activity across the UK and internationally. The group continues to grow its portfolio alongside high-profile openings including Gordon Ramsay High, Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay, Bread Street Kitchen at 22 Bishopsgate, and Hell’s Kitchen London near Marble Arch.

It is also the second hotel partnership announced this year for the division, following a planned fine-dining opening outside London in collaboration with Fairmont Cheshire.

Full details of the menu and concept for Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers will be released closer to launch. The restaurant will be designed by Jacu Strauss, Creative Director of Lore Group, drawing inspiration from the building’s transatlantic heritage and riverside location. The interior design will incorporate rich red tones inspired by nearby Blackfriars Bridge, alongside subtle cruise-ship influences that reflect the property’s identity.

Andy Wenlock, CEO of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, said the partnership reflects a shared ambition to deliver world-class guest experiences:

“From the outset, there was a clear alignment in vision, ambition and commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences. Sea Containers London has an unmistakable identity and energy, and together we’re creating a restaurant that captures the vibrancy of the South Bank while upholding the standards of quality, atmosphere and hospitality that define our restaurants globally.”

David Taylor, CEO of Lore Group, said the collaboration strengthens the hotel’s position as a cultural destination:

“Sea Containers London has always been about creating culturally relevant experiences that reflect the energy and creativity of the South Bank. Partnering with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global brings together two brands that share a commitment to quality, originality and world-class hospitality.”

Sea Containers London, part of Lore Group’s international hotel portfolio, continues to invest in destination-led food and beverage concepts designed to enhance guest experience and long-term commercial value.

Gordon Ramsay now operates more than 100 restaurants worldwide, continuing his global expansion across fine dining, casual dining, and hotel-based hospitality concepts.
