NEWS: Paloma Martinez Named Vice President of Operations, Americas, for Virgin Hotels Collection

Virgin Hotels Collection is proud to announce the appointment of Paloma Martinez as Vice President of Operations, Americas. In this expanded role, Martinez will oversee operations across the brand’s U.S. Virgin Hotels portfolio, as well as key Virgin Limited Edition properties in the region, including Necker Island and Branson Beach Estate.

Martinez will lead efforts to drive operational excellence, elevate service standards, and enhance the guest experience across the Collection’s diverse portfolio of properties.

With more than 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Martinez has led operations in 13 countries and held senior roles with InterContinental Hotels Group, Six Senses, and Kimpton Hotels, among others. Her extensive international experience brings a unique perspective to Virgin Hotels Collection’s growing presence in the Americas.
