Held at the elegant Jasmine Restaurant within Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang, the gala attracted food enthusiasts, luxury travelers, hospitality professionals, and discerning diners eager to experience an evening of exceptional cuisine crafted by some of the region's most accomplished chefs.


Three Renowned Chefs, One Extraordinary Culinary Experience

The highlight of the evening was the collaboration between three distinguished culinary masters:

  • Chef Gilles Galli, Executive Chef of Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang

  • Chef Azizskandar Awang, Executive Chef of Villa Le Corail, A Gran Meliá

  • Chef Benny Yeoh, Executive Chef of Blanc at Macalister Mansion in Penang, Malaysia, a restaurant recognized by the prestigious Michelin Guide


Together, the chefs created a sophisticated multi-course menu that blended the finest elements of French gastronomy, Asian culinary traditions, and Southeast Asian flavors, delivering a unique and memorable gastronomic journey.

Guests were treated to a carefully curated menu featuring premium ingredients and refined techniques, including crispy frog legs with silky fish mousse and ginger, pan-seared scallops with fresh coconut and finger lime, oyster tartare with Oscietra caviar and yuzu, grilled spiny lobster with aromatic Thai herbs, Alfonsino fish with creamy Carnaroli rice, and a beautifully prepared seven-day aged duck accompanied by Port wine sauce, beetroot, and lentils.


Each dish demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, creativity, and a deep respect for ingredients, transforming the dinner into a celebration of culinary artistry and international collaboration.

According to Mr. Dang Duc Truong, Executive Director of Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang, the gala forms part of the resort's broader vision to elevate tourism and dining experiences in Khanh Hoa Province.
