If you ever dreamed of going to Disneyland as a kid but never had the chance, sailing on a floating Disneyland at sea could be the perfect relaxing holiday getaway.

The Disney Adventure is currently the largest ship in Disney Cruise Line’s fleet and is the first to homeport in Asia. Sailing from Singapore, a top regional hub for many Asian travelers, this cruise ship is definitely something Filipino families will want to consider for future getaways.
Here are some fun food facts about the cruise ship that we discovered during the 5-day, 4-night preview sailing ahead of its March 2026 maiden voyage. We had a blast trying out the different themed restaurants and bars onboard, saw our own drawings come to life while dining, and learned from experts how the food and drink menus on the cruise ship were developed.
Here’s more trivia about this unique Disney-themed cruise ship, with a closer look at the unique drinks on board that can help cruisers navigate their way around the ship.
There’s something to sip for every mood
Regular drinks on board the Disney Adventure, including water, juice, soda, coffee, and tea, are all complimentary and included in the ticket price. To minimize single-use packaging, self-service drinking stations are located across the ship and in buffet breakfast and lunch restaurants, for guests to enjoy unlimited drinks.
But aside from the free drinks, the cruise ship offers a wide range of beverages that connect to the origins and traditions of the region. You can expect to find shops with specialty coffee, tea, milk tea, wine, beer, cocktails, mocktails, sake, and more.
To develop their drink menu, the Disney Cruise Line beverage team studied the drinking habits of locals from Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Singapore, and incorporated unique regional drinks on their menu.
The Disney-themed bars carry a wide range of wines, Japanese whiskey, Korean soju, mainstream beers from Singapore, and even moutai, the “national liquor.” They also offer zero-proof tasting for those who want to celebrate with non-alcoholic drinks. As a nod to the region, some cocktails are infused with Asian ingredients like pandan, lychee, and yuzu.
For instance, at the Big Hero 6-inspired Alley Cat Café, there’s a non-alcoholic drink called Alley Cat’s Meow made with espresso, condensed milk, oat milk, vanilla, and yuzu. At Spellbound, a bewitching cafe/bar inspired by the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, one of the signature drinks, called Pandan Cloud, makes use of Pandan and Coconut Cream.

You can bar-hop without leaving the ship
In the mood for a pub crawl at sea? The ship has a number of themed bars and pubs, all designed after different Disney, Marvel, and Pixar films. Similar to the ship’s themed areas and Broadway-level shows, the bars were created to be a stage celebrating 100 years of Disney stories.
The bars tap into the drinking preferences among the Gen Z and Millennial market, who often look for unique and fun experiences that can be shared on social media. Every café, bar, nightclub, and lounge features incredibly detailed interiors, whimsical touches, and quirky drinks served with flair and film references.
Fans of Marvel’s superhero flicks will want to head to Infinity Bar, hidden in the section dubbed Marvel Landing on Deck 18. Located next to an Infinity pool overlooking the sea, the bar serves cocktails named after the Infinity Stones (Space, Mind, Reality, Power, Time, and Soul), named after the artifacts wielded by Thanos from the MCU’s Avengers franchise.
Buccaneer Bar, a pirate-themed sports bar themed after Captain Hook from Peter Pan, serves a cocktail for two called “Dead Man’s Chest,” in an actual treasure chest, complete with theatrical elements. With more than 10 bars hidden in different areas of the ship, bar-hopping offers a fun diversion throughout 3- to 4-night sailings where friends can unwind.

Luxury coffee and tea salons are inspired by Aladdin and Beauty & the Beast
Coffee and tea lovers are also in for a treat on this cruise. The Disney Adventure is the only ship in Disney’s fleet that serves luxury brands Bacha Coffee and TWG Tea in every stateroom.
These brands are also served in various spots around the ship, like the restaurants, spas, and lounges. Both have elegant stand-alone boutiques inspired by Disney animated classics from the ‘90s, with beverage tastings and limited edition co-branded Disney merchandise.
Bacha Coffee is a luxury specialty coffee brand founded in 1910 in Marrakech, Morocco. The first-ever Bacha coffee room and boutique on board a Disney Cruise Line ship takes inspiration from the animated classic Aladdin. We highly recommend buying the Magic Lamp coffee taster set on board to take home.
TWG Tea is a luxury Singaporean brand founded in 2008, well-known for offering high-end, artisan teas. The elegant salon and boutique, with décor inspired by Beauty and the Beast, invites passengers to be their guests with delectable tea-infused macarons and pastries. They also sell Beauty & the Beast-themed tea and tea sets here.
Some drinks come with exclusive merch
Serious collectors will want to take note of specific bars and rotational restaurants to nab limited edition collectible straws, sippers, and mugs that only come as add-ons to certain drinks.
For instance, Spellbound serves refreshing Appletinis and an elaborate “Poison Apple” cocktail in a Witch’s mug, which guests can take home afterwards.
If you’re a beer drinker, you might want to buy the Disney Cruise Line Beer Mug the first time you visit bars like Tiana’s Bayou Lounge, Bounce & Hops, D Lounge, or more. This way, you get beer upgrades for the same price as a regular glass from all the bars you visit. You also get to take home the mug as a souvenir.
Each rotational restaurant also has its own bar with unique drinks and merch that you can only snag there. At Animator’s Palate, you can buy souvenir Tinkerbell or Remy (from Ratatouille) straws that light up. At Pixar Market Restaurant, there are colorful tumblers of Dante, the Mexican Xolo dog from Coco.

There’s a hidden bar inside Marvel Style Studio
On this cruise ship, you can find a secret bar that specializes in whiskey and top-tier tipples that look like they belong in Tony Stark’s mansion. By day, the Marvel Style Studio is a fun spot where kids (and adults) can get superhero-inspired makeovers, don costumes, and get photoshoots done. At night, the salon transforms into a speakeasy for high-end beverage tastings.
This bar specializes mainly in whiskey-based beverages and even offers shots of Macallan Horizon, an ultra-luxury, limited-edition single malt drink, designed in collaboration with British automaker Bentley Motors.
Those who want a more in-depth experience can sign up for beverage tasting events and onboard seminars that take place in bars like Marvel Style Studio. One of the events exclusive to the Disney Adventure is a mocktail-making experience for guests to learn how to use non-alcoholic products, mixers, and ingredients to craft artisanal alcohol-free drinks. Guests should check daily onboard activities for times and exact locations, as these events have limited availability.
