There was a time when low-alcohol wine carried the same emotional weight as decaf coffee: worthy, well-intentioned, and faintly disappointing. Today, it’s one of the most dynamic corners of the drinks world; technically ambitious, commercially booming, and culturally revealing.
Still, let’s be honest. Many no- and low-alcohol bottles remain admirable more than craveable. They can be clever, clean, even impressive… yet rarely demand a second glass.
