Silversea Cruises 2027–2028: 414 Luxury & Expedition Voyages to 600+ Destinations

Silversea Cruises has announced the launch of its most expansive voyage collection to date for 2027–2028, offering an unprecedented 414 new sailings across its fleet of 12 ships.


Silversea new sailings will span over 600 destinations in more than 100 countries, including 30 maiden calls, with departures scheduled from February 2027 through May 2028. General sales open on October 22, 2025.


Titled “Memories That Move You,” the 2027–2028 Voyage Collection underscores Silversea’s leadership in luxury and expedition cruising, blending destination-rich itineraries with cultural immersion and exclusive global experiences. Highlights include three new Grand Voyages, the line’s first-ever summer season in Japan, and expanded expedition itineraries reaching the planet’s most remote corners.

Silversea Cruises 2027–2028 voyage highlights

  • Cultural and Sporting Events: Nearly 30 sailings are designed to coincide with world-renowned festivals and events, including the Monaco Grand Prix, Rio Carnival, Japan’s cherry blossom season, and Italy’s Puccini Opera Festival, offering guests privileged access to destinations at their most vibrant.

  • First-Ever Japan Summer Season: Six combinable voyages aboard Silver Muse will explore both iconic and lesser-known ports, timed with celebrated summer festivals, such as Kyoto’s Gion Matsuri and Awa Odori in Tokushima, making it into among the most epic Japan summer cruises

  • Deployment of Two Nova Class Ships: Silver Nova and Silver Ray will operate 68 Caribbean luxury cruises across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Central America, blending marquee ports with boutique destinations

  • 143 New Expedition Voyages: New warm-water explorations will navigate Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Great Barrier Reef, while extended programs in the Arctic, Greenland, and Antarctica continue to expand.

  • Three New Grand Voyages: These immersive sailings across the Mediterranean, Asia, and South America will feature extended overnights and exclusive cultural experiences designed for deeper destination engagement.
